These dogs are the breed "Deutsch Drahthaar", which is similar to the German Wire-Haired Pointer, and are known as versatile hunters as they will point, track and retreive. They love to point quail and grouse while also tracking wounded animals and can retreive all sorts of objects and game. The two dogs names are Azar (8 months old) and Blitz (4 years old). Only Blitz will be at the showing at Slate River. For more information please see Whit's website http://blitzhaus.com.
